Imagers is a small print and creative services company located in Atlanta, GA. The owners wanted to hire someone who could lead and manage the creation of their online store. Their goal was to completely redesign their online experience, increase the number of products offered online, and to implement an e-commerce management system that was scalable, while also integrating with their existing purchase order system. I accepted the job with a small budget for the project and a small team of direct reports.
