I was a key contributor to the interactive design strategy that supported growth goals, contributing to the $1.3B acquisition of TrueBill (now Rocket Money) by the #1 mortgage broker in the nation.

I led efforts to align product through program-level initiatives using Customer Experience methods, humanizing data, and supporting growth and retention goals for the nation's largest auto insurer.

I set the direction for a high-profile mobile training program, reducing delivery time by 3 months, and introducing mobile training capabilities to over 1,500 corporate staff and 90,000+ field sales financial representatives.

I helped improve early capabilities for the company's Associate Management System, while also supporting sales through user interface and print designs for multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Spearheaded the design, development, and successful launch of the company’s first B2C e-commerce experience, delivering a mobile-responsive platform with 80+ configurable products.

Design digital products and marketing solutions for various clients, including companies like Fruit of the Loom and Coke.

Led major e-commerce redesigns across home, product category, and detail pages, improving usability and contributing to Internet Retailer Hot 100 awards in 2010 and 2013. Designed and launched the Ballard Plus iPad app, completing four iterations between 2011–2012, and enhancing customer engagement across channels.

Delivered multichannel marketing experiences through design and front-end development for one of the nation’s largest printing and marketing firms.
